1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SunDollar A/C & Heat website (sundollarair.com), scheduling a service, or submitting any form on our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
SunDollar A/C & Heat, LLC provides residential and commercial HVAC services including air conditioning repair, furnace repair, system replacement, routine maintenance, and the Access Comfort Care Agreement subscription plan. We serve the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and East Texas region.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
Online service bookings through sundollarair.com/book require a $1.00 anti-spam verification fee, processed securely through Square. This fee:
- Is 100% credited towards your service cost
- Is non-refundable for no-show or cancelled appointments without 24-hour notice
- Verifies that booking requests are submitted by real customers, not automated bots
Alternatively, customers may book service by calling (972) 510-9873 at no fee.
4. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms (sundollarair.com/qualify or sundollarair.com/book), you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from SunDollar Air regarding your service appointment.
- Types of messages: Appointment confirmations, technician dispatch notifications, service reminders, follow-up communications, and invoice delivery
- Message frequency: Varies based on service activity (typically 1–5 messages per appointment)
- Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan

- Not a condition of purchase: SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. You may book by phone instead
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and all major US carriers.
5. Service Estimates & Pricing
- No trip fees: We do not charge a diagnostic or trip fee. Our technician will diagnose your system at no cost.
- Flat-rate pricing: After diagnosis, you receive a flat-rate price before any work begins. If you decline, you owe $0.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of diagnosis unless otherwise stated.
- Replacement quotes include equipment, labor, permits, and a manufacturer warranty.
6. Access Comfort Care Agreement
The Access Comfort Care Agreement is a 12-month subscription at $19.85/month, billed through Square. Terms include:
- Bi-annual tune-ups (Spring A/C + Fall heating)
- Priority scheduling and waived diagnostic fees
- 10% discount on all repairs (parts and labor)
- Auto-renewal after the initial 12-month term; cancel anytime with 30-day notice
- Non-transferable to a different property without prior approval
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Service appointments: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
- No-show appointments: The $1 anti-spam fee is forfeited for missed appointments without notice.
- Completed work: All completed repairs and installations are non-refundable. Warranty claims are handled separately.
- Subscription cancellation: Cancel your Access Comfort Care Agreement anytime with 30 days' written notice. No refunds for partial months.
8. Warranties
All repairs come with a 90-day labor warranty. New system installations include manufacturer warranties (typically 5–10 years on parts). Warranty claims must be reported promptly. SunDollar is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, improper use, or damage caused by third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, SunDollar A/C & Heat, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on sundollarair.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SunDollar A/C & Heat, LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kaufman County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
